EEET 3 - (Applied) Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technician Advanced Diploma

Who should enroll in this programme?

If you have successfully completed the EEET 2 or E&I 2 programmes or equivalent, then you are eligible for entry into the EEET 3 programme.

Certification

Students who complete the EEET 3 programme successfully will obtain certification from the City & Guilds of London Institute, be eligible for entry into the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and University of the West Indies (UWI) and be eligible for electrical engineering technician positions.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements for this programme include certification in EEET 2, E&I 2 or equivalent.

  • 8030-23-221 Advanced Electrical Principles
  • 8030-23-224 Generation and Supply of Electrical Energy

Programme Fees

Programme fees include registration, examination, course material and tuition fees. This programme is G.A.T.E. (Government Assistance for Tuition Expenses) funded. To access G.A.T.E. and qualify for free tuition for this programme, students must satisfy G.A.T.E. Requirements. For more information on fees please contact one of our many branch offices.

Learning Pathways and Enhancement Programmes

Successful students have progressed to the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and the University of the West Indies (UWI). Students should however contact directly the administrative departments of these institutions for confirmation about their entry requirements.
